The IX Violence Prevention Program Gender Molina de Segura, prepared by the Department of Equality molinense City Council, pursuant to IV Plan for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men 2009/2013, was presented at a press conference Monday November 12, in the Press Room of City Hall, the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Councillor for Equality, Reme Lopez Paredes.
The objective of this program is to prevent and eradicate any expression of violence against women in the town, and raise public awareness on this issue molinense to achieve a total rejection of any kind of violence.
Scheduled activities will be held during the month of November are:
- SELF-HELP WORKSHOP Learn to know.
Target population: women over 16 years of the town of Molina de Segura.
Date: Wednesday 7, 14, 21 and 28 November.
Time: 17.30 to 19.00.
Location: Centro Las Balsas.
- DRAWING CONTEST VI GROWING IN EQUALITY.
Objective: To encourage younger equality between women and men, as a measure to prevent violence against women.
The deadline for submission of drawings will be from publishing the bases until 21 December.
Target population: students of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th of Primary Education schools molinenses.
- AWARENESS CAMPAIGN AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE.
Objective: To raise awareness about the problems molinense violence.
Target population: molinense population in general, public institutions and businesses.
Date: 15 to 30 November.
- Awareness workshops IES IN PUBLIC Molina de Segura.
Objective: to inform youth of the IES of Molina de Segura the problem of gender violence.
Target population: children from 3 and 4th of ESO public IES Molina de Segura.
Date: During the month of November.
- BROADCAST COMPANY: YOUTH AND GENDER VIOLENCE.
Objective: to know, first hand, the views of young people to the issue of gender violence.
Date: Friday, November 23.
Time: 13.00.

- IV Football Championship Metele a goal to violence and Encesta IV Basketball Championship for equality.
Date: Saturday, November 24.
