The city of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Tourism has launched the Action Plan and Training Activities 2012, whose objectives include the achievement of a major tourism campaign in the hospitality of the municipality with the clear purpose to support and promote this sector.
The City Council, in collaboration with the Tourist Qualification and sponsored by the Social Work of the CAM, has organized the course The waiter, a leading travel agent with whom it is intended that the professional club is sensitized to the importance tourism in Molina de Segura, known tourism products that can provide visitors with kindness and forward them to customers as a travel agent.
The course is aimed at active waiters in establishments Molina de Segura.
The program is fully face and the student will have the necessary means for every occasion.
It consists of four blocks: Customer service, room service Protocol, Introduction to wine tasting and tourism awareness.
The course duration is 24 hours and will be held from June 19 to July 5, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17.00 to 21.00, the Department of Culture and Tourism, Building The Retainer (Main Street, No. 81 Molina de Segura).
