Attributed 20 robberies committed over a period of three months
Agents of the National Police belonging to the local police station in Molina de Segura, have arrested a male 39-year-old Ecuadorian national, on suspicion of several robberies committed out in the town of Molina de Segura.
The investigations began in March following complaints from several citizens of the locality in which they reported having been victims of robbery with violence.
In several cases the victims recounted that had been brutally assaulted to snatch your purse or wallet.
On one occasion, the victim, a 76 year old woman, suffered serious injuries that required two months of hospitalization for recovery.
In these circumstances the officers of the local police station in Molina de Segura intensified their research to try to identify and arrest the perpetrator of these facts, what they accomplished last May 24 when he carried out the arrest of a man aged 39 Ecuadorian national who is considered responsible for the thefts.
To record the address of the arrested have been found of the effects whose abduction had been reported by victims.
The analysis of information gathered during the investigation has allowed to prove the detainee's involvement in at least 20 similar robberies, all committed by using violence in the town of Molina de Segura.
The arrest was made available to the magistrate acting as guard number one of Molina de Segura, on May 26.
