The last meeting of this year's Reading Club Library Salvador García Aguilar Molina de Segura will take place on Tuesday 5 June at 18.00 pm in the Library Mercedes Mendoza (at Calle Cervantes, No. 5), where twenty-five members that comprise the book discussed the discovery of the alphabet, the Italian Luigi Maleaba, a set of stories which by their common context can be seen as novel stories.
Since the club began last January, have read the following novels: The round stone, Manuel F.
Ramos, The sweet poisoner of Arto Paasilinna, Women with big eyes, of Los Angeles Mastretta, Urien's journey, Andre Gide, and the heart of the statues of Magdalena Tirado.
Carolina Rubio, Reading Club Coordinator, stated that "participants have had a month to read each of these books individually and intimate, at home, and then the first Tuesday of each month have been met by pm at the Municipal Library Salvador García Aguilar, to discuss the selected work. "
Readers also have a Virtual Reading Club, where they are using a blog provides all the information on the club face (http://sgaclublectura.blogspot.com).
The blog is open to all persons who wish to participate via the Internet with your comments, insights, corrections or any information about the books read and their authors.
Carolina Rubio has also pointed out that currently the club has a waiting list and has advanced "for next year, starting after the summer, and are planned readings of books never leave me, Kazuo Ishiguro, The last meeting , Sandor Marai, and Reader, by Bernhard Schilk ".
