Groups Municipal Hall of Molina de Segura PSOE, IU-Green UPyD and C's have appeared together today to ask the prosecutor to rule as quickly as possible about the complaint lodged by the four groups for almost 6 months before the controversy station authorized by the city of Molina de Segura in Altorreal.

After repeated denials of Contreras and PP to reverse their interest to authorize the location of a gas station in Altorreal, next to houses and a school, and after exhausting the institutional and dialogue in various ordinary and an extraordinary plenary held in late October, the municipal groups had no choice but to file a complaint with the prosecutor to rule on possible irregularities surrounding this controversial gas station, admitted even by the Mayor.

The municipal groups asked the Prosecutor to investigate and clarify if the city of Molina de Segura is or is not complying with the law in authorizing this gas station, because the designation by the City or CC2 of the plot comes into direct collision with what the Council resolves Regional Government of Murcia to settle the parcel is EP2 and therefore does not include service stations.

The municipal groups understand that Contreras and City Council have authorized the station against the statement by the Government of the Murcia region and that the prosecution must resolve to urgently clarify this contradiction and if the City is skipping the law and a decision by the highest executive body of the Autonomous Community.

The Spokesmen Antonio Gomariz (PSOE), Antonio López (IU-Greens), embodies Hernandez (UPyD) and Estanislao Vidal (C's) recall that it was the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia which notified the Council that he could not locate a gas station on the parcel on which the authorization Contreras finally, deciding that you could not install a gas station and closing doubt on urban interpretation of the plot.

This fact was known to Mr. Contreras and councilors responsible for many years before allowing the gas station.
