The Department of Finance of the City of Molina de Segura offers, from Friday March 16, information from its suppliers on invoices that are outstanding as at December 31, 2011, and have been included in the Payment Plan Providers developed by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
As reported by the Councillor of Finance, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, the relationship of the City of Molina de Segura includes 617 bills 35 suppliers, for a total of 10,697,639.60 euros.
These budget bills but have not been paid due to lack of liquidity.
This relationship has been sent bills to the ministry as a precursor to the development, by 31 March, setting a plan of 10 years, which shall provide for repayment of the loan amount for payment to suppliers, plus interest .
Of the total amount outstanding, 9.5 million corresponds to the debt owed to three banks, and 1.2 million to service providers.
The ratio of providers available on the municipal website (www.molinadesegura.es) and providers listed in that relationship may obtain details of their bills by request via e-mail enabled (proveedores@molinadesegura.es).
It should be borne in mind that in the event that the invoice is endorsed, not shown as pending at the supplier's billing relationship, if not in the ratio of the entity that has been endorsed.
Besides email, providers will have the opportunity to make inquiries in person at the Department of Finance, which will be provided in print the list of their invoices, previous identification of legal representative of the supplier with a power of attorney or writing which appears as an administrator, and in both cases with the DNI
