The Department of Social Welfare of the City of Molina de Segura has launched the Initial Vocational Training Program, Workshop in Professional mode, involving 45 young people of the locality.
These are divided into three profiles of 15 students each, who are trained in: Auxiliary Services Office, Auxiliary Activities Nursery and Gardens, and Auxiliary Facilities Operations and Communications Electrotechnology.
The programs are divided into modules associated with the level 1 (basic) of the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications.
Also, is complemented by a training associated with basic skills, to expand them and to support their studies in addition to the various teachings by a second course at ESO holder, or intermediate vocational training.
In their training, students must pass the Work Training Center (FCT), a duration of 150 hours, and practice, and conducted in private and public companies located in Molina de Segura.
Professional Workshop mode is intended for young people with greater needs for inclusion in the workplace, youth at risk of marginalization and social exclusion and have difficulties in adapting to the school or work who are over 16 and under 21 years .
These programs are offered for more than 15 years in Molina de Segura from the Department of Social Welfare, and has had different names, for example, Social Guarantee Programmes.
