Councillor for Economy and Finance of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Eugenia Gomez Alcazar, has reported that the Board of yesterday Tuesday, July 19, 2011 approved a total of 50 cases for the grant of 44 euros municipal for the payment of IBIU (Property Tax of urban), the popularly called "urban tax", of which 98% are have been for over 65 years and 2% widowed.
From January to July 2011, have approved a total of 404 cases, of which 393 are older than 65 years, 8 widowhood, and 3 for long-term unemployed.
These subsidies, which have been made since 2006 are covered by the bylaws, and can benefit from them pensioners, aged 65 years and widow-and long-term unemployed who meet certain requirements.
During the past year 2010, the City of Molina de Segura approved a total of 1,382 applications, which accounted for more than 60,000 euros to grant IBIU this group.
