The PSOE will ask for a third time before the Full Council the suspension of the license and Altorreal gas station.

A Report of the Regional Government Council established that the change was unwarranted parcel of private (EP-2) civic center for the commercial (CC-2), intended by the City.

This report is strong and we understand that undermines the unjustified change sought the Mayor and Council of the PP to install a gas station in Altorreal.

The PSOE will be further explanation of why it continued and continues with the station's license when the report seen by the Regional Governing Council appreciates that there is no justification for changing the name of the plot.

And when, on the contrary, the report itself says "I appreciate the name AS MATERIAL ERROR unjustified plot EP-2 and CC-2 ..."

The Council was perfectly aware at all times this agreement Regional Government Council of 26 September 2003, which says it is a plot EP-2 (private facilities) and NO CC2 (commercial civic center) yet the PP is committed to granting the license.

In view of this report, the Socialist Party calls halt the license and review the whole process, asking for explanations and clarifications as it considers that we have been "fooling around the world, neighbors and opposition.
