The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, accompanied by First Deputy Mayor, Worship Molina Lopez, paid a visit to three works for the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability Thursday August 5, whose total investment amounts to EUR 1,201,087.39.
The projects visited were the following:
Works to improve the supply and drainage networks and improving the energy efficiency of public street lighting Molina de Aragon, Tres de Abril, Campoamor and Hernan Cortes in the town of Molina de Segura.
The works were awarded by the company EUR 263,643.17 Pipes and Channels, SL, and consist of the replacement of urban water services, sanitation, storm, and the replacement of street lighting in the streets.
This project is complemented by a second act, with local investment, which includes the replacement of the flooring and furniture from this area, adjudicated by an amount of EUR 298,220.98 ARPO Constructure Company, SA
Collector works allocation overflow in improving sanitation services of the Santa Rita.
The works are carried out by ARPO Constructure Company, SA for an amount of EUR 529,856.39, consisting of the installation of a collector of rainwater tanks 1.50 m in diameter
that, from the Avenue of Industry, will ease the flow of direct runoff to the River Segura, improving rainwater harvesting in this area and avoiding the problems caused to the Barrio de Santa Rita, as a result of the accumulation of water road and the area of Station Street and Calle Ebro
Rehabilitation works of river paths on both sides of the Boulevard of the whales, between Calle Mayor and Calle Gran Capitán, in the Barrio de San Roque de Molina de Segura.
This project was awarded Shillings Brothers Construction Company, SA, amounting to 407,587.83 euros and reflects the integration and improvement works on the banks of the Boulevard of the whales in the town.
Highlights actions to improve accessibility, as well as walks and bike lanes are built to allow integration and openness, and to promote recreational sports activities on both sides.
This will allow greater use of adjacent areas and their integration.
Finally, this action contemplates environmental improvement, with the planting of trees and treatment of slopes and replacement of street lighting.
