The festival program presented Thursday at the Black Moon Pub, includes musical performances LOLITA, hobbies, OFFENDER, GOLF MEETING, TRAINING ACTIVE, local groups, operettas and the sixth edition of the B Side Festival of Independent Music
The FESTIVAL OF MOLINA DE SEGURA will start on Saturday 4 September with the traditional pilgrimage Rise of the Patron of the town, Our Lady of Consolation Shrine from orchard to the Church of the Assumption.
Today, Thursday 29 July at the Black Moon Pub, took place the official presentation of the festive program, an act that was attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Councillor of Celebration, Mariola Martinez Robles, Councilmember Sports, Jesus Maeso Monge, and Youth and Tourism Councillor, Sonia Carrillo Marble.
The festivities will last until Monday 20 September, a holiday in the resort, with the return of the patron saint of Molina de Segura to Ermita.
During these days, molinense and visitors can enjoy a varied program of festivities and sports, whose budget amounts to 238,000 euros.
The music is, again, the main attraction of the festivities molinense.
The concert hall will be located in the Town Hall Square, with the exception of the sixth edition of the B Side Festival, to be held at the Municipal Field Sanchez Canovas.
Artists act as Lolita, hobbies, Delinqüentes, Session Golf, and local groups, among others.
The Proclamation of Festivals this year will be borne by the Director of Hospital Foundation Molina and Molina Medical Studies (FEM), Francisco Guirado Sánchez, and will take place on Thursday 9 September at the Teatro Villa de Molina.
The Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, has expressed his wish that "for a few days, both molinense and visitors can enjoy the holidays and our city, taking advantage of any of the activities that the City has scheduled, and leaving daily concerns aside, especially hard in the current economic crisis. Also, I thank in advance the work done by municipal technicians for making the program of festive activities and sports, and the effort provided by the large number of people participates and assists in organizing festive. The Department of Celebration distributed some 20,000 copies of the playbill, which has an attractive design for ease of reference.

In addition to the general programming of the festivity, the Department of Sports City of Molina de Segura has prepared a special program of sports activities for this holiday period, which highlights the 57 th Prize Lady of Consolation Cycling the Great XXXII Award Motrocross / Trofeo El Corte Inglés, the XVI Futsal Trophy, which will include the participation of El Pozo FS, and for the first time in Molina de Segura, a display of hockey skates.
