The Mayor of Molina de Segura and the Rector of the University of Murcia attend the closing ceremony and awards ceremony for the course at 13.30 am in the same place
The closing ceremony and awards ceremony for the Psychiatry course in everyday life, organized by the Universidad Internacional del Mar, in collaboration with the town of Molina de Segura and the Medical Research Foundation Molina de Segura (FEM), will take place Friday 16 July at 13.30 pm in the auditorium of the College of Education Child Paseo Rosales de Molina de Segura.
Attended by Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the Rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho Gómez, Vice Chancellor of University Extension, University of Murcia, Francisco Guillermo Díaz Baños, and the Course Director, Professor Dr . Fermín Francisco Toledo Romero.
Psychiatry in everyday life takes place from 14 to 16 July (20 hours).
Aims to bring the knowledge of psychiatric disorders in college students and mental health professionals, but is also open to general public.
Topics such as depression, suicide, dementia, panic attacks and agoraphobia, substance abuse, conduct disorder in adolescence, genes and personality and bipolar disorders.
The course is intended for physicians, psychologists, nurses and mental health workers and university students from Medicine, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and anyone interested in the subject.
Have enrolled a total of 180 students.
Prior to the closing ceremony at 11.30 am, will be signing books by Luis Rojas Marcos, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of New York.
At 12.00 will start the closing conference on schizophrenia in the family, headed by Luis Rojas Marcos.
