The Ministry of Public Works and Planning of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the Housing and Land Institute, promotes the construction of 32 houses protected Molina de Segura in a municipal plot donated by the City Council.
These homes will be built in the area of Yeseros, top of the Molineta, a municipal plot of 1,925 square meters that the city of Molina de Segura offered the Autonomous Region in Board of Governors in October 2008.

These new properties of one to three bedrooms, will be located on a plot of 1,925 square meters, purchased by public tender for the purchase of land by the regional body, between Avenues Plasterers and urbanization Pompeii 'The Yesera'.
Prices of new homes, which provide parking and storage, range between 125,466 and 75,043 euros, with a floor space between 90 and 60 square meters.
In addition, the homes are constructed to take account of conditions of adaptation to environment, environmental impact and thermal optimization, lighting and accessibility, so that will have solar panels, pre-installation of air conditioning and home automation system, in addition to kitchen furnished.
