The act of signing the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Murciano Institute of Social Action and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of the Region of Murcia, and the City of Molina de Segura to regulate The conditions and guarantees in the electronic exchange of data in closed communication environments (SUSI System) took place today, Friday, March 9, in the Board Room of the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities, in Murcia.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the Counselor of Family and Equality of Opportunities, Violante Tomás Olivares, and mayors of other signatory municipalities have attended.
The purpose of the agreement is to establish the conditions and guarantees of the procedures and mandatory reports to be carried out by the Primary Care Social Services Centers of the local entities of the Region, within their territorial scope, in the procedures in which they participate in matters of social services of the competence of the Murciano Institute of Social Action (IMAS), and electronic exchange of data and documentation in closed communication environments.
The IMAS undertakes to: functionally define, promote the development and making available to local entities the necessary information systems for electronic management, in a closed environment, destined to the processing of all the procedures contemplated in the scope of this agreement;
collaborate in the detection, diagnosis and resolution of incidents that arise in the local entity in carrying out the procedures and mandatory reports of the collaboration;
ensure that, in the processing of the file, the consent of the affected party is established for the communication of his or her personal data to another public administration;
the exploitation of statistical data of a regional nature;
and adopt the necessary measures to comply with the National Security Scheme as responsible for information and services.
For its part, the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration is committed to: the design, construction and making available to local entities of the necessary information systems subject of this agreement;
perform the necessary connectivity tasks for the platform to access the proposed solutions;
and adopt the necessary measures to comply with the National Security Scheme, as the person in charge of processing, responsible for the system, responsible for security and operational security coordinator.
Finally, the City Council assumes several obligations, such as: requesting the General Directorate of Family and Social Policies the authorization of the SUSI system (Unified System to SIUSS of the IMAS);
complete the procedures and mandatory reports through the SUSI computer application;
etc.
This agreement is valid for four years.
