Grela Bravo presents her book Women who create on Monday, March 5 at the Salvador García Aguilar Library in Molina de Segura (02/03/2018)

The Clinical Psychologist and Social and Intercultural Mediator, Grela Bravo, presents on Monday, March 5, at 7:00 pm, at the Salvador García Aguilar Library (Avenida del Chorrico n ° 44) his book Mujeres que crean, a project born from the admiration that the author professes to other women, for her personal tenacity and her professional achievements.

The event, which has the collaboration of the writer Vanesa Leiva, is part of the program of activities designed by the Department of Equality of the City of Molina de Segura to commemorate March 8, International Day of Women's Rights and Peace .

Women who create is a literary and photographic journey, with 25 women between 20 and 90 years old, from different artistic and cultural fields, who stand out for their professional value, their work, their personality and their own emotional talent.

The book is structured in interviews and photographs that help the author to deepen the profile of each of the protagonists of the book, wanting, with their experiences, to encourage other women in the challenge of their illusions, believing in their own potential individual.

Grela Bravo (Barcelona 1975) is a Clinical Psychologist and Social and Intercultural Mediator, with a versatile career, both in the social, health and cultural fields, and in communication.

She is the author of the book No es mi nombre (Madrid 2011), the first film of 28 stories and 28 poems.

The same year he participated in the AntologíaPoetas del 15M (Editorial Séneca) together with a hundred poets from all over the world.

In 2012 he published his second work, Crisálida (CVA Ediciones), a complete collection of poems in a literary metamorphosis.

Then cameVoces prestadas (Editorial Séneca, 2013), a hard and exciting narrative testimony about gender and sexual violence that combines real facts with fiction, in the voice of seven stories, from which he donates his benefits to the Association of ACTIVE victims of Granada.

One year later published Surviving Pain (2014 Editorial Platform), transcending the scientific and clinical perspective, the barrier of the invisibility of chronic pain leaps out and gives voice to patients afflicted by it, situating them in the axis of their discourse.

Work that will receive the "Good Ideas 2014" Award given annually by the Medical Journal, in its category of "Patronage and solidarity".

In 2015 he publishes Balcones ajenos (Ed.Séneca), thirty short stories illustrated by Cecilia Gañán de Molina.

In 2016, it launches a collection of 80 micropoemas and micro-stories Embracing Vertigos.
