The Second Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Human Resources of the City of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the outcome of the meeting of the General Table of Negotiation of Public Employees, held today Friday December 29, in which The proposal for a new Framework Agreement that will govern the working conditions of all public employees of the Molin City Council since its approval in plenary session until December 31, 2020 has been approved.

According to Ángel Navarro, "from January 1, 2012, the date on which the last current framework agreement expired, corresponding to the 2008-2011 period, the public employees of the Molina de Segura Town Hall lacked an agreement that governed their Working conditions: Six years later, this government team rescues the framework agreement from oblivion and succeeds in bringing forward a proposal that incorporates important economic improvements and the working conditions of public employees ".

The framework agreement proposal has been approved by the General Table of Negotiation of Public Employees with the votes in favor of the representatives of the municipal groups that make up the government team (PSOE, Ganar Molina, Cambiemos Molina and two non-attached councilors), another non-attached councilor, as well as the union representatives of UGT, CCOO and CSI-CSIF;

the vote against SIME;

and the abstention of the representatives of the municipal group of the Popular Party and of another councilor not attached.

Among the main novelties of the proposal, the framework agreement incorporates several labor improvements and an accredited training annex for all public employees, with a total of 350,000 euros, to be distributed among all workers in exchange for a training of 30 hours, They will receive after work hours.

The economic consideration will be incorporated into your payroll monthly, according to your official scale.

The proposal also includes an annex of special availability for local police officers, which "will result in an improvement in the quality of services provided by the Local Police, while ensuring the provision of all necessary services, with improvements in the economic retribution for those agents that adhere to this special availability ", remarks the Councilor for Human Resources.

Ángel Navarro has highly valued the majority support for the proposal of the government team, especially by the representatives of public employees.

Once this agreement between unions and government is ratified by the municipal plenary session, it will serve as an incentive to improve the provision of public services received every day by the citizens of Molina de Segura, in better conditions for public employees. "
