The Youth Council of Molina de Segura joins the regional program of Young Leisure MURCIA BAJO CERO (22/12/2017)

In total there will be 15 trips, four more than last year, and the first will have its starting point in Molina de Segura, on Thursday, December 28

The Department of Youth of the City of Molina de Segura has joined the regional program of Youth Leisure Murcia Bajo Cero, promoted by the General Directorate of Youth of the Region of Murcia, which has been presented at a press conference today Friday December 22, in the molinense consistory.

The First Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Youth, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the General Director of Youth of the Region of Murcia, Francisco Javier Sánchez López, attended.

The Autonomous Community offers 750 places, 200 more than the last call, for a dozen activities in the snow that young people of the Region can enjoy from 14 to 36 years in the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada, in Granada, and Formigal, in the Aragonese Pyrenees.

The travel calendar extends until mid-March and in total there are 15 scheduled trips, four more than last year, which will come from 19 municipalities (Albudeite, Águilas, Abarán, Alcantarilla, Archena, Bullas, Cartagena, Cehegín, Jumilla, Lorca , Los Alcázares, Mazarrón, Molina de Segura, Mula, Murcia, Puerto Lumbreras, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and Yecla).

A total of ten trips to ski or snowboard in the Sierra Nevada are scheduled, with a price of 61 euros;

two trips combined with an overnight stay, with one day tour to the Alhambra and another to practice sports activities in the Sierra Nevada, for 119 euros;

two trips with two overnight stays and two days of skiing in Sierra Nevada, for 189 euros;

and a five-day trip to Formigal, in the Aragonese Pyrenees, from 269 euros.

The departures for day trips to the Sierra Nevada will be: the 28 (from Molina de Segura) and December 29;

the 7,13 and the 28 of January;

10, 11, 25 February;

and March 10 and 17.

The two-day trips are scheduled for January 20 and 21 and February 17 and 18, while the three-day trips will be February 2, 3, 4 and March 2 and 3 and 4.

Finally, the five-day trip will be on February 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

The application deadline to participate in Murcia Bajo Cero will remain open until five days before the start of each activity.

Young people of the municipality of Murcia must provide any of the cards for young people, such as the Youth Card, Youth Card +30 or Murcia Total Card, while participants from other municipalities must have a Youth Card or Youth Card +30 .

Activities for skiing or snowboarding include roundtrip bus transportation, lift pass, unlimited lifts and rescue insurance and runway assistance.

Also, the material and two hours of class are included in groups and for all levels.
