The XXI Coral Festival Villancicos de Molina, organized by the Molinense City Council and coordinated by the Kodály Choir, is celebrated on Friday, December 22, at 8:00 pm, at the Villa de Molina Theater (at Avenida del Chorrico, n ° 10).
The entrance fee is 3 euros.
On this occasion, the Caminito de Belén CD will be presented, in which Coral Kodály has recorded 14 Villancicos de Molina, compiled and harmonized mostly by Marcelo Beltrán, in an attempt to collaborate with the cultural heritage of the city of Molina de Segura.
In this concert, the Villancicos de Molina will make a Christmas Story, interpreted by the Kodály Choir under the direction of Bernadet Kühne, Marcelo Beltrán, Alfonso G. Serra and José Bermejo.
Fiorenza Ippolito will be responsible for the scenography of this concert.
All attendees will be presented with a copy of the Caminito de Belén CD.
The Coral Festival Villancicos de Molina was born as a logical result of the important tradition and choral activity of the municipality.
With its celebration, the Department of Culture intends to continue promoting the development of a cultural practice in which a large number of citizens of Molina de Segura participate.
