Molina de Segura Councilman for Social Welfare, Ángel Navarro García, met last week with members of the Board of Directors of the Molina de Segura and Vega Media Physical Disability Association (DISMO) to address social problems related to disability in the municipality.

Progress has been made in future measures that can be carried out during the next year 2018 and that will be contemplated in the Municipal Budget of that year.

Last June, the City of Molina de Segura and DISMO signed a collaboration agreement to develop the Integral Development Plan, with a municipal grant for a total amount of 22,000 euros, whose main objectives are: to provide information and specialized guidance to the collective of people with disabilities;

meet the demands and needs of the collective;

and to promote the social integration of people with disabilities.

People with disabilities from the municipality and their families can benefit from the Plan.

According to Angel Navarro, "the commitment of this Government chaired by the Mayor, Esther Clavero, is decisive and determined to face the full inclusion of all the people of this and other groups at risk of social exclusion.
