The Second Lieutenant of Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held Tuesday, September 05.
Of particular note was the award of € 309,077.40 to Talleres y Construcciones Juanito, SL for the improvement of the Potable Water Service in Zone 4, corresponding to the districts of Campo de Molina.
This action was contemplated in the Participatory Budgets of 2016.
The project, which includes special social execution conditions, related to the socio-labor insertion of people with long-term unemployment, contemplates the improvement of the Drinking Water Service in;
El Marcos Road and El Buen Deseo Street, El Fenazar;
the Camino La Calera, in Comala;
the Júcar, Tenerife and Menorca streets of Campotéjar Baja;
and the Old Way of Alicante, in the hamlet of Los Valientes.
Also approved, among other files, a collaboration agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and Caritas Interparroquial of the town, endowed with 60,000 euros, to support its project of reception, basic care and social support to people in situations of social exclusion seriousness and / or vulnerability.
ESTATE
Approval of a list of invoices for an amount of 233,917.97 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
Concession of five licenses of major work and expiration of one.
Concession of two segregation licenses.
Fifteen files on restoration of the urban legality in which it has been declared impossible to legalize the proceedings and ordered the physical restitution of the land.

RECRUITMENT
Approval of an expense of 1,815 euros for the lease of the premises of the Neighborhood Association of Santa Bárbara.
The approved spending is for the months of July, August and September.
Approval of an extraordinary extension of the contract that is maintained with the company Tecnodiesel Murcia SL for the provision of the repair, revision and maintenance service of the fleet of vehicles of the Municipality of Molina de Segura.
The extension is made until the new file that is being processed takes effect.
Approval of certification number three of the collection and evacuation of rainwater in the sports facilities of the Estadio Municipal Sánchez Cánovas carried out by Edifesa Obras y Proyectos, SA.
The amount of the certification is 9,768.11 euros and the contract has incorporated special social enforcement conditions, relating to the socio-labor insertion of people in long-term unemployment.
CULTURE
Approval of an expense of 26,096 euros for activities, courses and workshops in the framework of the Molina de Segura Theater Festival.
SOCIAL WELFARE
Approval of a collaboration agreement between the Municipality of Molina de Segura and Caritas Interparroquial of the locality, endowed with 60,000 euros, to support its project of reception, basic care and social support to people in situations of serious social exclusion and / or vulnerability.
OUTSIDE THE AGENDA
Approval of an increase in expenditure of 21,874.57 euros, which represents 9.54% of the project, in the cost of the works corresponding to the provision of Drinking Water Service in various areas of Molina de Segura, an action contemplated in the Participatory Budgets for 2016.
Approval of an increase in expenditure of 7,285.80 euros, which represents a 9.84% of the project, in the cost of road conditioning works and road safety in Camino del Cementerio (Zona 4-Subzona Huerta).
Adjudication to the Talleres y Construcciones Juanito, SL company, for the amount of 309,077.40 euros, of the works to improve the Drinking Water Service in Zone 4, corresponding to the districts of Campo de Molina.

Agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Association "Sonrisa Saharaui Region of Murcia" for projects to support the headquarters of the Saharawi Delegation of the Region of Murcia.
The agreement involves an expenditure of € 14,100 and will be used to purchase food for the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf and the "Holidays in peace" program.
