The program of the Festivities of Molina de Segura for Tuesday, September 5, includes a storyteller in the Plaza de la Cerámica, a tribute to Gloria Fuertes, flamenco dance by the Consuelo Ruiz Academy in Plaza de España and a workshop of gastronomy and literature with the chef Juanca Ruiz (Chef Manta), directed to children's public.
The first of the appointments on Tuesday will be at the "La Chimenea" Restaurant (Plaza de la Cerámica) with a gastronomic workshop for children to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the death of Miguel Hernández and the 1st Centenary of the birth of Gloria Fuertes .
This workshop is one of the activities included in the International Theater Festival of Molina de Segura.
The professional chef Juanca Ruiz, known as "Chef Manta", and with the collaboration of Esfera Theater, will teach the participants in this workshop to elaborate some exquisite recipes inspired by the story "La niña exploradora" by Gloria Fuertes, while they interpret songs and recite poems of the author.
After the culinary elaborations the dishes will be tasted, while the audience listen to the story "El Conejo Glotón", from the book "Cuentos para Manolillo", by Miguel Hernández.
This workshop requires the participation of a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 25 per session.
Participating children must be over 8 years old and must always be accompanied by an adult.
The price has been set at 3 euros.
Gloria Fuertes will also be the protagonist of the activity for family audiences that will take place in the Plaza de la Cerámica, starting at 8.30 pm and where Sfera Teatro will perform the storytelling "Las aventuras de Coleta", with text by Rosa María Pérez Zaragoza and inspired by the character of Coleta, who appears in different stories of the poet Madrilenian.
The activities scheduled for this Tuesday are closed in the Plaza de España with a flamenco dance show, in charge of the Consuelo Ruiz Academy, which will begin at 9.30 pm.
