The PATRONAL FESTS OF MOLINA DE SEGURA 2017 will start tomorrow, September 2 at 7:30 p.m., with the traditional Pilgrimage of Ascent of the Patroness of the city, the Virgin of Consolation, from her Hermitage to the Church of the Assumption
The fiestas will last until Monday, September 18, a festive day in the town, with the return of the Patroness of Molina de Segura to her Ermita.
Throughout all these days, visitors and Molinians can enjoy a varied and complete program of festive and sporting events, which are characterized by their plurality.
One more year, music will be one of the main attractions of the Molinese fiestas.
The main concert venue will be located in the Plaza de España, although other places and public spaces of the municipality will host the musical performances, such as the Municipal Auditorium, and the European squares, Murcian Region, El Romeral Sports Center, etc.
Artists such as MALDITA NEREA, ARA MALIKIAN, AMARAL, FORMULA V, BARÓN ROJO and CAFÉ QUIJANO, as well as local groups, musicals and tributes to large groups and artists will perform.
And El Romeral Sports Center hosts the tenth edition of the B SIDE Festival of Molina de Segura, held on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 September, with the performance of LOS PLANETAS, SIDONIE, MONARCHY, NEUMAN, ALIEN TANGO, CALA VENTO, DAKOKÁN , KUKI CRISTINA and DON FLUOR, among others.
The Department of Local Festivals is distributing some 21,000 copies of the hand program, which are also available to citizens in the information booth installed on Paseo Rosales.
The Pregón de Fiestas will take place on Friday, September 8th, at the Teatro Villa de Molina, by Molina Emilia Fernández González, retired teacher.
