The recital of poetry and presentation of the book It is not to sleep the night, of Antonio Cano Lax, organized by Ateneo Villa de Molina, is celebrated on Thursday June 22, at 8 pm at the Salvador García Aguilar Library (Avenida Of the Chorrico, n ° 44) of Molina de Segura.
The recital of poetry will be accompanied by guitar by the young interpreter Jaime Hernández.
Antonio Cano Lax (Espinardo, Murcia, 1947), studied Psychology, History of Philosophy and a course in Hispanic Philology at the University of Murcia.
According to the author, "I write since I recognize myself and I have always liked literature in general, but especially poetry, a genre in which I feel comfortable, comfortable and happy with what I do, I have spent many hours, Days and months to poetry, but I never decided to publish anything until some friends encouraged me to do it and since then I lost the modesty of being read. "
The Ateneo Villa de Molina de Segura began its journey in November 2014 with the express intention of being a place where all the ideas and vital conceptions that assume the principles and objectives of the association could be manifested and defended.
Among them are the promotion of legal channels for citizen participation in public affairs of general interest, the promotion of debate and the search for alternatives for the development of critical thinking, and the promotion of popular culture that lacks expression.
