A group of professionals from Murcia Today have made a Familiarization Visit, Famtrip, to Molina de Segura on Thursday June 1, to know the tourist resources available to the municipality.

The objective is that they know first hand part of the natural and cultural heritage and, thus, can promote it and spread it.

Murcia Today is a web portal of news that during the last years has offered important tourist content of the Region of Murcia.

It has more than half a million users a year and has published more than 30,000 articles.

The First Lieutenant of Mayor, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the Councilor for Tourism, Rocío Balsalobre Sánchez, have offered a reception in the City Hall of Molinense to the participants in the Famtrip.

In this visit also participates the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia (ITREM), represented by the Director of Quality of the Network of Tourist Offices of the Region of Murcia, Belén Hidalgo.

The Famtrip program includes the following activities: meeting at the main door of the City Hall;

Visit to Las Lagunas de Campotéjar;

Official reception in the City Hall, by the Councilor for Tourism;

Visit to the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM);

Visit to the Mirador del Castillo;

Visit to the Oven Museum of the Council and House of Folklore;

Visit to the Tourist Office and delivery of promotional material;

Visit to the workshop of the La Subirana bakery and visit to the Juan Pina leather factory.

The day has been described by the professionals of Murcia Today as "enriching", since it has allowed them to know firsthand the resources Molina de Segura offers its tourists and visitors.

For her part, Councilor for Tourism, Rocío Balsalobre, thanked her for attending "the leaders of the web portal Murcia Today, Zoe and Laurence Cooper, and the Director of Quality of the ITREM Tourism Offices Network, Belén Hidalgo "And wished them" a happy stay in our town ".

Likewise, it has encouraged them "to promote the tourist attractions of Molina de Segura through its platforms for tourism promotion."
