Students and teachers of the Integrated Center for Training and Experiences in Agriculture (Cifea) in Molina de Segura, under the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and the Environment, have held training stays in various European countries thanks to the help of the Erasmus Program Center obtained in the call of the year 2016.
The Cifea de Molina de Segura aims to take advantage of its participation in these activities to strengthen the technical and didactic competence of the teachers, managers and technical staff of the center, and also provide a good quality training, so that its students reach the agri-food sector Regional level with the capacity to face different professional and organizational challenges that strengthen its presence and participation in companies located in the Region, with a strong exporting character.
The director of the center participated in a seminar held in Reykjavick (Iceland) last March, where managers and teachers from the 17 European countries who met came to know the Icelandic education system, emphasizing the promotion of The quality of teaching and learning.
Participants had the opportunity to observe new approaches to learning and management of centers, as well as to establish networks of professional contacts that will probably allow future projects that favor greater training and professionalisation, both didactic and technical, in the agro-food industry and In the area of ​​environment, two of the pillars of specialization of Cifea de Molina de Segura.
On the other hand, two students from this center have completed a period of practical training in companies from Finland and France, funded by the Erasmus + Programs, which will end on 22 May.
These programs offer students and teachers the opportunity to meet and interact with other cultures, learn or improve their knowledge of other languages ​​and even develop their capacity for autonomy with the experience of being alone in other countries.
