The XI Regional Meeting of Bolt Lace and Handicraft Embroidery of Molina de Segura, organized by the Department of Crafts of this municipality, is celebrated on Saturday April 8, from 10.00 to 13.30 hours, in the Plaza de España.
This activity is organized with the collaboration of the Molinenses Bolilleras de Molina Association, with the aim of preserving the existing manifestations in the municipality and sharing these traditions with the citizens.
The meeting, which enjoys great acceptance by visitors, will feature the participation of associations throughout the Region of Murcia.
The participants will perform their craft demonstration under a tent installed in the Plaza de España.
The program of activities is as follows:
10.00: reception of participants and greeting by the municipal authorities.
10.30 hours: demonstration and elaboration of bobbin lace and handmade embroidery, with the participation of associations of bolilleras of all the Region.
13.30 hours: farewell of the participants and closure of the activity.
17.15: guided visit to the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM).
