The Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesus Martinez Baños, presented today, Tuesday April 4, the bases of the AD FESTIVAL at the XXI Fair of the Performing Arts and Music of Castilla La Mancha, held in Albacete
The entries in the V AD FESTIVAL contest of Urban Artistic Actions Molina de Segura 2017, summoned by the International Festival of Theater of Molina de Segura, can be formalized until Monday 5 of June of 2017.
The Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesús Martínez Baños, accompanied by the Director of the Villa de Molina Theater and the International Theater Festival of the town, José Antonio Avilés Moreno, presented today, April 4, the bases of the contest in the XXI Feria de las Artes Escénicas y Musicales de Castilla La Mancha, held at the Saramago Cultural Center in Albacete.
According to its bases, the AD FESTIVAL Contest is aimed at all those individual artists or young or newly created companies that have not developed a commercial distribution structure or participated in theater fairs or any other artistic modality, prioritizing To those that may have a greater impact on youth by its theme or artistic approaches.
The interested parties may present proposals related to dance, music, theater, clown, circus, performance, installations or any other type of action of communication and entertainment, that use the urban spaces limited or open as a scene of exhibition, visualization and expression of their actions .
It will be held on September 20, 21 and 22, 2017. The Organization will guarantee the presence of ten programmers and five theatrical distribution companies, who will attend as guests of the AD Festival.

The Bases, as well as the REGISTRATION FORM, may be requested from the Teatro Villa de Molina (968 64 02 68, from 09.00 to 14.00 hours), or download directly through the website www.molinadesegura.es.
It is convenient to accompany the registration form of the graphic and audiovisual material of the show that is presented to the competition.
The organization will make a selection of the enrolled with the help of the received material.
Of the proposals received will be selected up to a total of 12 shows, all of them being an official part of the contest.
Two other numbered proposals will also be selected on an alternate basis.
The list of selected and substitutes will be published on the municipal website as of June 21, and will be communicated to each of the selected companies.
The organization will pay each of the selected, who acted, up to 50% of the cache, not exceeding the amount of 1,500 euros plus VAT, by bank transfer to the account number that are recorded in electronic invoice, as established The Ministry of Economy through the FACe program, electronic billing for all providers of Public Administrations, as expenses for the performance.
Those companies that, due to their foundational status, are exempt from VAT must submit to the electronic invoice the supporting document validated by the Tax Agency.
The organization will designate the place of lodging of the companies and will assume the management and the cost of the same for one night, understanding including in that accommodation the one of all the actors plus a technician and whenever the company has its soothes in a location that is more 150 km.

In addition, it will designate and provide selected companies with a space appropriate to their proposal, duly identified and equipped with minimum light and sound equipment.
The selected groups will act on September 20, 21 and 22, 2017, at the times and places that will be previously communicated by the organization, and that it will advertise on the AD FESTIVAL program within the Official Program of the Festival of Theater of 2017.
Five prizes will be awarded by the collaborating entities:
Participation in the summer program Follow the track, the City of La Roda (Albacete), in 2018.
Participation in the Iberoamerican Festival of Theater of Cadiz (FIT), in 2018.
Participation in the International Festival of Teatre de Carrer (FITCarrer), Vila Real, in 2018.
Participation in the Performing Arts Fair of Castilla La Mancha (Albacete), in 2018.
Participation in the Festival of Alternative Theater (FETAL), Urones de Castroponce (Valladolid), in 2018.
The number of winning companies does not necessarily have to be equal to the number of prizes, which can be lower if the jury considers that there is not enough artistic quality.
Each awarding institution will choose the winning company for its Festival, Fiestas or Fairs and the prizes will be made prior to acceptance of the technical and economic conditions of the respective organizations.
However, the Jury will designate, by majority vote, a show as winner of the AD FESTIVAL of Molina de Segura, which will mean, for the winning company, its participation the following year at the Festival, where the corresponding prize will be awarded.
The decision of the jury will be known as of the deliberation of the same, being made public for its knowledge by direct communication, publication in the web and other means that are considered opportune.
Prizes can be deserted if the jury decides that there is not enough artistic quality.
The Jury will be composed of a representative of each of the entities offering the prizes, as well as another representative of Nacho Vilar Producciones, Murcia.
The organization and the Jury are entitled to resolve any contingency not provided for in the bases.
