The Department of Youth of Molina de Segura organizes a free course on study techniques (29/03/2017)

The study techniques course Learn to study.

Improve your academic self-esteem, organized by the Psychosocial Advisory Council of the City Council of Molina de Segura, will be given free of charge on Tuesday, 25 April and 2, 9, 16 and 23 May, from 7 pm to 8 pm, in The Building El Retén (in Calle Mayor, n ° 81).

The activity was presented at a press conference today Wednesday, March 29, by the First Lieutenant of Mayor and Councilor for Youth, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the head of the Psychosocial Advisory, psychologist Carmen Tárraga Palmis.

The enrollment in the course must be made at the Youth Council (in El Retén Building), through the telephone number 968 388 801, or on the website www.molinadesegura.es/juventud.

At the same press conference, the Councilor for Youth recalled that the PSYCHOSOCIAL ADVICE has recently been put back into operation, aimed at young people from 13 to 30 years.

It is an individual, free and confidential service, attended in person at the El Retén Building (1st floor) on Tuesdays, from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm, from January to May and from September to December.

In June and July the service is from 10.00 to 13.00 hours, remaining closed in August.

The service is extended to July as a novelty during this year.

The Psychosocial Counseling for Young People offers a personalized psychological counseling and counseling service on topics related to self-esteem, identity, effectiveness, communication, gender identity, self-esteem, social skills, affective relationships, sexuality, love, studies, family , Etc., that tries to favor the personal, social and cultural factors of the people who ask for advice.

It is attended by the psychologist Carmen Tárraga.

The attention is made by appointment by different means: in the telephone number of the Department of Youth, 968 388 801, from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 14.30 and Tuesday from 16.30 to 19.30 hours;
