The Second Lieutenant of Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held on Tuesday, February 28.
Of particular note is the approval of the final award of the works for the provision of potable water service in various areas of the municipality, within the Participatory Budgets 2016, for an amount of € 229,330.33, as well as the approval of the collaboration agreement between the Community Autonomous Region of Murcia and the City of Molina de Segura for the development of the Housing Information System of the Region of Murcia (SIVMURCIA).
TOWN PLANNING
The granting of 1 major work permit, the expiration of two other major works licenses, two restoration of urban legality, a segregation license, an urban sanction and the commencement of two subsidiary order execution proceedings of execution.
ESTATE
Approval of relation of invoices, for a total amount of 183,129.94 euros.
Approval of the medium and long-term budget plan 2018-2020.
Standard approval of the bimonthly rate for the provision of the urban solid waste collection service, corresponding to the tax period of the first two months of 2016, for an amount of 864,021.75 euros.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the final adjudication of the works of provision of the potable water service in various areas of the municipality, within the Participatory Budgets 2016, incorporating special social execution conditions related to the social and labor insertion of people in situations of long-term unemployment, For an amount of 229,330.33 euros, to Talleres y Conducciones Juanito, SL.
Approval of the final adjudication of the road conditioning works and road safety in Camino del Cementerio, in Zone 4 (Subzona Huerta), within the Participatory Budgets 2016, incorporating special social execution conditions related to the socio-labor insertion of people in Long-term unemployment, for a sum of 74,038.90 euros, to Talleres y Conducciones Juanito, SL.
Approval of the final award of the supply and maintenance of computer equipment of users of the City of Molina de Segura, for a sum of 62,786.90 euros, to the company Herbecon Systems, SL.
Approval of the proposal for the award of the service of maintenance of computer applications of the City of Molina de Segura for 2017, for an amount of 79.637,87 euros, to the company Herbecon Systems, SL.
CULTURE
Approval of expenditure of 86,045.23 euros corresponding to the programming of the Villa de Molina Theater for the months of January to June 2017.
PUBLIC ROAD
Approval of the collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and the City of Molina de Segura for the development of the Housing Information System of the Region of Murcia (SIVMURCIA).
