III Regional Conference on Rare Diseases (23/02/2017)

More than ... .. assistants, among professionals related to rare diseases and patients and relatives, will participate next Saturday February 25 in the III Regional Conference on Rare Diseases, organized by the Delegation of Murcia of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER ), Molina de Segura City Hall, Molina Hospital, and with the collaboration of the SMS and the FEM, to be held at Paseo Rosales School (Paseo Rosales, s / n, Molina de Segura).

The Journey will begin with an inaugural lecture by the Deputy Dean of Medicine of the UCAM, Dr. Jerónimo Lajara Blesa, on "New therapy for rare diseases", followed by the lecture "Neuropsychology in Rare Diseases: useful or useless?" , In charge of Dr. María Jesús Gómez López, head of the Neuro-Rehabilitation Service-Uner Clinic of the Hospital de Molina.

The assessment of disability in rare diseases and services and resources in the Region of Murcia, will focus on round tables moderated by Dr. Pío Dólera Almaida, head of the Pediatric Service of the Hospital de Molina, and Dr. Luis Alberto Ceruto Santander, doctor of the Emergency Service of the Hospital Center.

On the occasion of World Rare Disease Day (February 28), along with this regional day, the photo contest "Huellas de esperanza" will also be held on Sunday 26 February in the Plaza de España in Molina de Segura 11:00 p.m.
