The Municipal Services Decentralization Plan of Molina de Segura City Council has been presented to social organizations and media today, Thursday, February 16, in the Municipal Plenary Hall.
The event was attended by the mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor responsible for the Citizen Service (SAC), Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the Councilor for Social Welfare, Angel Navarro Garcia.
Under the motto Now, your City Council closer, the Plan affects the Primary Care Social Services and the Citizen Attention Service (SAC).
Regarding the SOCIAL SERVICES OF PRIMARY CARE, the objectives of the Plan are:
Bringing municipal management of the Social Services of Primary Care to the citizens.
Develop social services from the proximity.
To respond to the population demand for the provision of social services from the immediate and close community context.
According to the Councilor for Social Welfare, Ángel Navarro García, "the implementation of this Plan is justified in the difficulties of the current organizational system: population away from concentrated attention, insufficient points of attention, impossibility of displacement, poor points of attention Of equipment (furniture, networking, etc.), inadequate spaces of attention, etc. ".
For the implementation of the Decentralization Plan, a new design of an organizational structure of the Zone Social Work Program and of the Seniors and Dependent Persons Program has been carried out, with the implementation of points of attention.
The attention given will have the following content:
Information and guidance on social resources.
Processing and management of: Aid of urgent need;
Basic Income of Insertion;
Attention to dependency;
Non-contributory pensions;
Home help;
Teleassistance;
Grade of DISCAPACITY;
Socio-labor insertion bags, etc.
Derivation of social resources.
Social reports for situations that require it.
The new points and days of attention based on this Plan are: Centro Integral La Cerámica (six social workers, from Monday to Thursday), Centro Las Balsas (4 social workers, from Monday to Thursday), San Roque Social Center (Two social workers, Monday and Tuesday), El Fenazar (two social workers, Wednesday), El Llano de Molina (two social workers, Tuesday), La Torrealta (two social workers, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays), La Alcayna and Altorreal Social workers, Monday) and La Ribera (two social workers, Monday).
All of them from 09.00 to 13.00 hours.

The Plan does not involve any cost and has a total of 14 Social Workers.
With the new organizational structure, the City Hall will have 5 points of attention in UTS to a total of 8 points;
1 point of care for the Seniors and Dependents Service to 8;
10 UTS zones to 14;
And 10 social workers to 14.
This entails: new points of attention, increase of points of care, greater provision of professionals at no cost, reduction of the workload of the UTS and a global attention for the levels of information, management, processing, social intervention and referral to Resources (services and benefits) from all points of attention.
In addition, it contributes to a more equitable distribution of the workload of the different jobs, with an adequate equipment / technologies that generates a more egalitarian care system in citizenship.
Regarding the CITIZEN ATTENTION SERVICE (SAC), its content is as follows:
General information on municipal services.
General Registration of documents.
Population pattern: high, low, etc.
Issuance of certificates and registration records.
Licenses of minor work (settlements) and major work (presentation of projects and self-assessments).
Telephone support.
Face-to-face attention.
Bonus-bus management.
The new points and days of attention from this Plan are: Las Balsas Center (Friday), San Roque Social Center (Wednesday), La Alcayna and Altorreal (Thursday), El Fenazar (Friday), El Llano de Molina ), La Torrealta (Tuesday) and La Ribera (Wednesday).
All of them from 09.00 to 14.00 hours.
