The Molina Hospital has participated in the VII Technical Conference on Health Services Inspection of the Region of Murcia, organized by the Association of Inspection of Sanitary Services of the Region of Murcia (AISSRM), with interventions by the Manager, Pedro Hernández Jiménez, And the person in charge of the User Service, Mª José Gómez García, from the Hospital Center.
"For the continuous improvement in hospitals I think it is very appropriate for the health inspection to implement the Accreditation Decree that the Autonomous Community developed in 2010. This evaluation, which will qualify hospitals in different levels of quality, will be very good to offer Safety to patients and improve our care work, "said Pedro Hernández Jiménez during his presentation.
For its part, Mª José Gómez García explained the process of transforming a claim to an improvement action, applying quality systems and indicators.
In the Hospital de Molina, the claims are understood as a quality item, which, with an adequate management, allow to know the reality of the hospital center and benchmarking with other health institutions.
The VII Technical Conference on Health Services Inspection of the Region of Murcia was held this morning at the Morales Meseguer Hospital.
