The company murcianaFerroviaria represents, in the Villa de Molina Theatre (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10), on Sunday October 30 at 12:00 hours, family work "Tom Thumb and his brothers."

The show, directed by Paco Macia approaches the more intimate the protagonist of the story by the Brothers Grimm side, and from the classic story builds a personal universe inspired by the book "The Secret Diary of Tom Thumb" by Philippe Lechermier.

The play tells the story of Tom Thumb and his brothers who are abandoned in the forest by his father and stepmother because they have enough food in the period of "acute shortage".
In his adventure they are with Professor Maxilari, the evil ogre and his wife Barbak ... Thanks to the cunning of Tom Thumb get back the food to the entire population.
The text is written in rhyme to make it more attractive, rhythmic and fun for children.
It is rich in informative and intelligent content that spark the imagination and the desire to learn.
The work shows a Pulgarcito that reflects on the reality of an unassisted childhood in an unequal society, but also speaks of the desire to improve, rebellion and solidarity among equals.
