The City of Molina de Segura and the Autonomous Community of Murcia signed an agreement to support young entrepreneurs through the Microcredit Program INJUVE (06/10/2016)

The signing of the collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Culture and Spokesman of the Region of Murcia and the City of Molina de Segura for actions to promote and support youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, framed in the Microcredit Program INJUVE has taken place Thursday October 6, at the offices of the Foundation Scientific Park of Murcia (in Espinardo Complex).

The ceremony was attended by the mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Look, the Minister of Culture and Spokesman of the Region of Murcia, Noelia Arroyo Hernandez, the Director General of Youth in the Region of Murcia, Francisco Javier Sanchez Lopez and Councilman youth, Miñana Fernando Hurtado.

At the same event, also they signed the agreement other twenty municipalities more.

This agreement, in force until 31 December 2016 and renewable annually, is aimed at collaboration between the region and the twenty municipalities for the development of actions to promote and support entrepreneurial youth, and businesswoman, under Microcredit Program Youth Institute of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.

The Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia is committed to: sign the annex to the collaboration agreement between the Youth Institute and MICROBANK for actions to promote and support youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneur framed in the development of microcredit program;

disseminate the microcredit program through the means it deems appropriate, and as far as possible to dedicate in its website an explanatory paragraph on that program;

notify the City Council INJUVE accession to the execution of the program;

send to INJUVE a quarterly relation to the number of entrepreneurs whose business plans validated have been sent to MICROBANK;

and provide the INJUVE much information is requested in relation to entrepreneurial projects that are submitted by young people, and any others that are of interest to young entrepreneurs.

Meanwhile, municipalities are committed to: serve, inform, guide and advise young people seeking financial support for their business projects through its Local Employment Center, providing a standardized presentation model and development of a Business plan containing all the information about your project, selecting those that meet the requirements for the microcredit program and, in his opinion are eligible for financing planned;

verify whether the applicant has sufficient training to carry out the business plan he has, and if negative, the refer you to the appropriate services business management training, prior to the establishment of the company and application of microcredit step ;

prequalification or make a technical assessment of the business project, on the basis of pre-established model and issue, if necessary, the feasibility report of the Business Plan;

advising young people seeking financial assistance on how to process and present to MICROBANK business plans and feasibility report to apply for a microcredit;

send to the Department of Youth a quarterly relationship with entrepreneurs whose business plans validated have been sent to MICROBANK;

provide the Directorate General of Youth how much information will be requested in relation to entrepreneurial projects that will be presented by young people and any others that are of interest to young entrepreneurs;

and disseminate the microcredit program through the means they deem appropriate, and as far as possible to spend on their websites an explanatory section on that program.
