The City of Molina de Segura published the draft of the new bylaw for tenure and animal welfare (25/07/2016)

"

The ordinance emerged as an initiative of IU-VRM in the Municipal Council on March 30, 2015, and was approved unanimously by all groups of the Corporation.

From that moment, the working group was established as mandated by the Municipal Council of Health Molina de Segura on 10 November 2015. Natalia Ruiz Riquelme, veterinary municipality, was named coordinator of the project.

They were representatives of animal protection associations of the municipality (APAMS and PUMI), representatives of the Federation of Associations and Animal Protection of the Region of Murcia (FDARMUR), citizens representatives of the Area Boards of Molina de Segura, representatives of veterinary clinics, College of Veterinarians of Murcia, representatives of political groups, representatives of the municipal Council of Health, Animal Health Sercomosa worker municipal Center, and municipal officials and technicians of Public Health and local police.
