The City of Molina de Segura gets a favorable ruling on the appeal against the annulment of the building permit of the service station Altorreal (08/03/2016)

The City of Molina de Segura has obtained a favorable judgment of the Chamber of Administrative High Court of Justice of Murcia, in the appeal filed in the past against the judgment of the Court of Administrative No. 1 of Murcia which she declared invalid the building license for the service station of commercial Disa Peninsula, located on Avenida del Golf Altorreal.

The Chamber, in considering the appeal, declared inadmissible under administrative actions brought by the Urban Conservation Entity Collaborator Altorreal before the Court, and imposes the costs of the second instance to that entity.
