The presentation of poems by an unknown country, the writer Ruben Castillo, takes place on Wednesday, February 24, at 20.00 pm in the Library Salvador García Aguilar Molina de Segura (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 44).
For an unknown country is the first foray of the narrator and essayist Ruben Castillo in the genre of poetry.
Ruben Castillo Gallego graduated in philology and professor of Spanish Language and Literature in Secondary Education.
He has worked as book reviews in newspapers (La Verdad, El Faro de Murcia and northwest), specialized blogs (The storm in a teacup, Agitators) and in magazines.
Since June 2013 it is part of the team of the magazine Quimera.
As narrator has won several awards: Gabriel Sijé and Ateneo de Valladolid, both novella;
and in narrative, prizes City Mula, Encarna Leon and Gerald Brenan, among others.
Among his published books include: Cracks Hell (. Novel, 2002, no 2nd ed, 2009), Hegel on the tram (stories, 2008), The Cave of the prophecies (young adult novel, 2010), The Globe Hitler ( novel, 2011), The Word became flesh (stories, 2013) was made, and Moebius Ring (novel, 2014).
It has a personal literary blog (www.rubencastillo.blogspot.com), which discusses current books (just passed the 142,000 visits).
He has also taught creative writing workshops for several years in Murcia and Molina de Segura.
