The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, presented at a press conference the Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital in Molina de Segura, along with the project director and deputy director of the contractor Labour & Associates, PS., Tomás Valdés Cifuentes.
According to Contreras Linares, the municipality of Molina de Segura is a central objective of political commitment by the people and their potential to transform society in the local area and a clear redefinition of the role of Local Government in the modernization of productive structures and the promotion of stable and quality employment.
For this, the Consistory molinense basic strategy has been established as steadily increasing investment in the essential variable of sustainable development: the Human Capital.
In this sense, the Mayor has stated that the City of Molina de Segura aims to organize, update and introduce elements of innovation in public policy, influencing and leading sustainable strategies and public-private partnerships to promote and develop human capital, capable of multiplying the endogenous potential of sustainable development of the municipality and the citizens' ability to correctly interpret social and economic reality in which they live and operate in it with creativity and reliability.
To this end, the City of Molina de Segura design and implement a Plan on the Promotion and Development of Human Capital in Molina de Segura, a temporary six-year term (2010-2015), with the advice and specialized technical assistance Labour & Associates awarded company, SAL.
For the implementation of this project has created three committees to validate:
Commission 1: composed of institutional representatives and persons of recognized standing in the political, economic, social and research.
Formed.
Commission 2: composed of technical and academic experts.
Not yet constituted.
Commission 3: composed of representatives of social groups in Molina de Segura, whose area of representation is related to the scope of the project. Yet constituted.
