The act of handing over the keys of 87 public housing in the urbanization Altorreal de Molina de Segura has taken place on Monday 14 June.
Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the Director of Public Works and Planning of the Region of Murcia, José Ballesta Germain, the Director General of Land and Housing in the Region of Murcia, Antonio Javier Navarro Corchón the Councillor for Housing and Public Facilities Management, Cayetano Ros hurt, and the Director of the Promoter GESPROSE, Luis Molina.
The homes delivered correspond to Blocks 1, 4 and 6, are located on the Avenida del Golf de Altorreal, and are the first of 190 of the total project executed by the company GESPROSE (62 two-bedroom, 126 three bedroom and 2 four-bedroom homes).
The new homes have been built on two municipal parcels alienated by the municipality of Molina de Segura: plot M 18, with an area of 9,823 m2, and plot M 21, with an area of 11,734 m2.
His award was made through public tender and award process was supervised housing for the City Council.
In addition, the project was included in the Housing Plan 2005/2008 of the Region of Murcia, which states that housing recipients are chosen by income level and personal characteristics.
