The DIERM can be requested by companies in the Region that have had very specific criteria such as the representation of women in the company, programs for access to employment and working conditions, criteria for the classification of personnel that eliminate and prevent situations of discrimination on the basis of sex, implementation of guarantee programs and improvement of conciliation rights and internal and external communication, taking into account the principle of equality, among others.
It is a badge that is valid for three years once granted, and that can be renewed as long as companies maintain their objectives regarding the promotion of equal opportunities in the workplace.
Companies may use the badge in their communication actions, to access public subsidies on the basis of which the effective achievement of equality is rewarded or for institutional dissemination by the Autonomous Community.
