Jos ngel Alfonso, president and spokesman of the Popular Party of Molina de Segura, issued a statement this morning in which he expressed his rejection of the name change of three streets.
Among other things, because "it is a proposal of the local PSOE-Podemos government approved last Thursday, without reaching a consensus with the affected neighbors.
Furthermore, it should be more selective when deciding where to go to invest public resources, in order to focus on solving true social demands.
In the opinion of the popular president, "the local government has to plan and invest in the true social demands of the people of Moline, and stop inventing solutions where there are no problems, and generating problems where solutions are not needed." The popular ones proposed last July, a Comprehensive Cleaning Plan that contemplated a battery of solutions aimed at eradicating the dramatic solution that the city is experiencing.
The streets and squares of Molina de Segura are dirty and show an image of utter neglect.
Jos ngel Alfonso considers that "currently the PSOE Podemos Government Team should be much more selective when deciding where to invest public resources, and begin to prioritize its actions with rigor and planning.

These actions highlight, once again, the shortcomings that this team Government PSOE Podemos has to efficiently manage municipal resources, and make Molina de Segura a prosperous and benchmark city ".
Alfonso affirms that "it is a new lack of respect by the PSOE Podemos Government Team for the affected citizens of Moline, since they have not taken their opinion into consideration, ignoring the inconvenience that this decision will cause them I am referring to the procedures that residents are now going to have to carry out, to update the name of their streets.
Political leaders and citizens cannot forget that the Government is to solve the problems of citizens, and not to generate them ".
More than 40 residents of one of the affected streets, Alonso Vega street, presented a letter last October to show their disagreement with the decision of the local government PSOE-Podemos, to change its name.
Well, today, they report that they have not received any response from the mayor.
"Elderly people live in this street who cannot carry out the necessary procedures, and even less in the middle of the pandemic," say the neighbors.
Jos ngel Alfonso affirms that "it is necessary for the good of the people of Moline, that the PSOE Podemos Government Team begin to resolve the true social demands, with planning, professionalism and courage.
They must also stop reviving past situations that generated, and still do, much pain to Spanish society ".
Alfonso concluded by recalling that "the local government has refused to implement the more than 65 measures that the Popular Party of Molina de Segura have proposed during these months of the pandemic, and with the sole purpose of helping the population.
