| The popular denounce the lack of police officers and the cut of 70% in personnel of the Service of Administration | José Ángel Alfonso makes himself available to the Local Police and to all municipal employees. In Molina de Segura on October 13, 2020.

The Popular Party of Molina de Segura shows its strongest support for the Local Police, in the face of a new violation of their rights by the local PSOE-Podemos government. We subscribe to all the claims expressed in the statement issued by the four unions with representation in the Molina de Segura City Council -CSIF, CCOO, UGT and SIME-, which have denounced the denigrating treatment and the contempt of the PSOE-Podemos Government towards the Local Police after imposing a quadrant without any type of negotiation, and contrary to the Collective Agreement established therein. From April 1 to June 21, dates that coincide with the state of alarm, the police officers have had to suffer three months of tension, and risk of contagion, given the incompetence and lack of professionalism in the management of the Government Team PSOE Podemos, led by Mayor Esther Clavero. To this unfortunate decision, we have to add that there are no new additions to the Local Police staff since the last opposition that took place twelve years ago.

Currently, more than 16 places of Local Police are blocked, money that the mayor Esther Clavero, allocates to other actions that are unknown. It is evident that the current staff of Local Police is very small to meet the needs of the citizens of Molina de Segura.

In addition, we have to bear in mind that it is a city with a considerable area, both territorially and populationally.

We have to add that the local government PSOE-Podemos, has reduced the Local Administration Service of Local Police by 70%. This 70% reduction has resulted in the Local Police Agents themselves providing coverage to the Administration Service, which implies a further reduction of the workforce to perform their true functions, and how necessary they are in these moments in the middle of a pandemic. We are facing the umpteenth violation of the rights of municipal employees since the mayor Esther Clavero, and her PSOE-Podemos Government Team, acceded to the municipal government, which has caused chaos in the Molina de Segura City Council. In recent months they have fired the educators of the Municipal Infant Schools, made an ERTE to Sercomosa workers, and have gradually reduced the rights of municipal workers embodied in the Framework Agreement, among other issues, which has caused and continues to provoke demonstrations by Local Police Agents and municipal workers at the door of the Molina de Segura City Council. Our local president, José Ángel Alfonso, has once again made himself available to the Local Police and municipal workers, in order to find a solution as soon as possible, and get out of the situation that the PSOE Podemos Government Team has generated.

But if we analyze the way of acting of Esther Clavero since she is mayor of Molina de Segura, the hopes to unblock the existing situation between the Local Police, Municipal workers and the PSOE Podemos Government Team are null. In short, what is described above are new objective arguments that we can add to the list of absurdities made by the socialist government of Molina de Segura, an aimless, arrogant government, incapable of reaching a consensus with the rest of the Municipal Groups and organizations, a socialist government that does not hesitate to opt for applying partisan policies instead of policies that improve the quality and well-being of each of the people of Moline, a socialist government that has indebted our city council as a result of its mismanagement of available resources, and we could continue listing forceful arguments that reveal the lack of professionalism in each and every aspect of municipal management, of this local PSOE Podemos Government Team.
