Faced with the null response of the Molina City Council to the just demands raised by its workers, the Molina City Council unions, CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME, with the support of the FAMPA (Federation of Mothers and Parents Associations of Students) call again to municipal employees and citizens in general to a NEW CONCENTRATION FOR MONDAY, JUNE 29, starting at 7 p.m.

in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento against the personnel policy of the AyuntamientoThe workers of the Molina de Segura City Council are more than fed up with the dictatorial and intransigent attitude of this Government Team that refuses to attend to any of our demands and that only wants to talk about its proposal for drastic cuts to the wage rights included in our Framework Agreement.

The unions have said, both actively and passively, that we do not refuse to talk about the "supposed" budget crisis that they pose to us and to make the necessary sacrifices, but, at the same time, we must talk about the situation of alarming precariousness of the Workforce and the reinstatement of the dismissed workers.It is not acceptable, neither in this City Council, nor in any negotiation to propose that only one of the parties proposes to be discussed.

We have been for a long time, too long, demanding that this City Council sit down to Negotiate the Personnel issues that we have pending, which are many and serious, and above all that we agree on a solution to the high temporality and job insecurity suffered by the workers in the City Council of Molina -more than 100 contracts in law fraud- almost 40% of the Workforce.

And systematically we received the silence by answer.And now they are letting themselves down with massive layoffs and with the threat of new terminations of contracts and with a proposal for budgetary adjustment - derived from their disastrous management - that make a huge percentage fall on the pockets of their employees.

We want to negotiate; but we will not accept any type of cut that is not accompanied by a strict explanation of the economic situation and, of course, without the reinstatement of the compañeras and a STABILITY AGREEMENT IN MUNICIPAL EMPLOYMENT.With instability, precariousness, cuts and threats, the only thing that is achieved is generating an increasingly intense discomfort in the Workforce and a progressive deterioration in the management of services.
