| They denounce the lack of information and mandatory reports | REJECT THE GOVERNMENT TEAM'S PROPOSAL TO ELIMINATE ALL REMUNERATION RIGHTS OF THE CURRENT FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND AGREEMENT. Unions remind the PSOE-PODEMOS Government Team that this unacceptable proposal for Cuts, which practically nullifies 90% of the wage effects of the Agreement, as well as the dismissal of Infant School workers go against the public position of the Mayor herself and the national government ministers -also from PSOE-PODEMOS-, as well as against all logic.
There is no other City Council in the Region that has proposed cuts. The unions of the City of Molina de Segura, wonder if these cuts are the payment and recognition of the selfless work of a Template, which, like the rest of the Administrations, has kept the management of public services to full satisfaction, in a very special essential services -Security, public roads, social services, health-.
They want to take advantage of these exceptional circumstances to impose cuts and eliminate working conditions acquired many years ago, which hardly represent a financial saving for the corporation. We reiterate, once again, the lack of respect shown by this PSOE-PODEMOS Government Team for the workers, denying them and their legitimate representatives any possibility of defense.
If there is no REAL NEGOTIATION and IN CONDITIONS, the rights of representation are violated and there is defenselessness for all the employees in the defense of their general interests. We demand the readmission of the dismissed companions and the start of a real negotiation process in the Molina City Council that guarantees job stability, the maintenance of purchasing power and of the rights set forth in the Agreement, as well as the reorganizations of Services and / or template derived from the return to normality and for this we will call mobilizations for next week.
