Approval of the certification number 7 of the renovation and improvement works of the service for the supply of water for human consumption and sewerage in different roads of the Barrio San Antonio, Phase I, corresponding to works of the Canon of Supply and Sanitation, incorporating special execution conditions of a social nature related to social and labor insertion of unemployed people, to the company Avance y Desarrollo de Obras, SL, for an amount of 25,465.31 euros. Approval of certification number 2, final and liquidation, of the emergency arrangements works at the link of the national highway 301 with the La Serreta Industrial Estate and the RM-B6 highway, to the company Obra Civil y Mantenimiento, SL, by amount of 8,186.58 euros. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Approval of spending of 20,000 euros and collaboration agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Federation of Neighborhood Associations for the operation and development of their activities in 2020. HERITAGE Approval of the denial of the suspension and remission of the monthly rent of the lease, requested by the company Terapias Médica Domiciliarias, SL. HUMAN RESOURCES Approval of the COVID-19 de-escalation agreement, which establishes the procedure and organizational measures for the gradual recovery of face-to-face administrative activity in the provision of public services at the Molina de Segura City Council.
