The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of the City of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the two meetings of the Local Government Board, one of an ordinary nature and another public session and Extraordinary, celebrated today Tuesday, February 25.
In the public and extraordinary session, a file of invoices list and list of obligations and payment orders has been approved, for a total amount of 696,012.37 euros.
And in the ordinary session, the following agreements have been approved:
TOWN PLANNING
1 urban planning license file, 2 subsidiary execution files and 3 disciplinary files for urban infraction have been approved.
ESTATE
Approval of the list of invoices of the City Council, for 186,637.43 euros.
HIRING
Approval of the return of the gas supply bond for the City of Molina de Segura, to the company EDP Comercializadora, SA, for an amount of 7,570.57 euros.
Approval of the return of bail of the execution of the closing of sports facilities in Motocross Circuit, with special conditions of execution related to the insertion of people in long-term unemployment, to the company Construcciones Metálicas San José, SLL, for the amount of 2,709.90 euros.
Approval of the return of bail for the construction of sports locker rooms in the Altorreal soccer field in two phases (two sports locker rooms, adapted toilets public and warehouse, phase 1), incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of long-term unemployed people, to Construcciones y Contratas Constregui, SL, for an amount of 4,150 euros.
Approval of the contract complaint for the maintenance of heating installations in public schools and municipal facilities in Molina de Segura.
The relationship between Vectoris, SL and the City Council ends on April 4, 2020.
Approval of the award of the annual support and maintenance service of the TAYA Agile Treasury Management System, including special conditions of execution of a social nature, to the company Tesorería, Analysis and Applications, SA, for an amount of 16,335 euros.
Approval of the award of the cleaning contract, reserved for special employment centers of social initiative and / or insertion companies, in the new sports halls 2 and 3, new locker rooms 7 and outdoor areas new social centers Mirador de Agridulce and Los Conejos II, in accordance with the fourth additional provision of Law 9/2017 of Public Sector Contracts, to the company Osga Murcia, SL, for an amount of 38,308.03 euros.
Approval of the adjudication of arbitrations of the municipal soccer and futsal leagues, organized by the Department of Sports and Health for the year 2020, incorporating special conditions of execution, to the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, for an amount of 25,350 euros, with a duration until December 31, 2020.
HOUSING AND PUBLIC EQUIPMENT
Approval of the award of the minor contract for the training of the playroom in the social center of La Ribera de Molina, to the company Juan Leñador Maquinarias, SL, for an amount of 6,319.53 euros.
Approval of the award of the minor contract for repair works in MUDEM and Salvador García Aguilar Library, for damages caused by DANA, to the company Fontanería y Climatización Laude, SL, for an amount of 7,600.01 euros.
Approval of the award of the minor contract for repair works in buildings, Conservatory and Archive El Jardín, for damages caused by DANA, to the company Mantenimientos Integrales Gómez, SL, for an amount of 10,285 euros.
GENERAL SECRETARY
Approval of the award of the minor annual subscription supply contract to legal databases of Wolters Kluwer España, SA, for an amount of 8,145.72 euros.
THEATER
Approval of the award of the minor contract of the show Divinas palabras, of the National Dramatic Center, for its representation in the Villa de Molina Theater, on March 21, 2020, for 13,552 euros.
