The Second Deputy Mayor of the City of Molina de Segura, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Board of Local Government, of an ordinary nature, held today Tuesday, October 29.
The approval of the general bases by which the selective processes convened by the City of Molina de Segura for places derived from temporary employment stabilization processes, as well as the approval of the granting of grants to projects submitted for the call for proposals of development cooperation projects corresponding to the year 2019.
TOWN PLANNING
2 town planning license files, 2 segregation license files, and 1 disciplinary file for urban infraction have been approved.
ESTATE
Approval of the list of invoices of the City Council, for an amount of 162,336.47 euros.
HIRING
Approval of the return of the service bond in the Salvador García Aguilar Library and Paco El Niño Panoramic Reading Center, to the company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SL, for an amount of 20,876.50 euros.
Approval of the return of bail of the works of improvement of Safe School Road of the urban helmet of Molina de Segura, incorporating special measures of execution of social character relative to socio-labor insertion of people in long-term unemployment situation, to the company Construcciones Uorconf , SL, for 1,773.24 euros.
Approval of the award of the concession of services for the withdrawal of vehicles from the public thoroughfare and deposit to be awarded by open procedure, including award criteria of an environmental nature, to the company Talleres La Variante, SL, for an amount of 1,000 euros of royalty annual, for the contract term of 2 years.
Approval of the declaration as void of the tender of the special administrative contract for the bar-canteen service located in the municipal sports facilities of the Altorreal Sports Center, owned by the City of Molina de Segura, incorporating environmental assessment criteria, consisting of use of products from organic farming.
Approval of the beginning of the file of contracting of the insurance of material damages and losses in the real estate property of the City of Molina de Segura, for a term of 1 year, extendable for another year.
Approval of the beginning of the file of contracting of the civil / patrimonial responsibility insurance of the City of Molina de Segura, for a term of 1 year, extendable for another year.
Approval of the start of the contracting file for the supply of food, hygiene and cleaning products and pharmacy products for residents of Casa de Acogida, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature, with an expense of 18,202.93 euros for Lot I and 2,000 euros for Lot II.
Approval of the beginning of the contracting file of the recording and audiovisual broadcasting service of the Plenary sessions and other activities and events of the City of Molina de Segura, including special execution conditions, with an expense of 39,930 euros.
