The act of signing three sponsorship and patronage agreements between the City of Molina de Segura and many other private entities for the financing of the 50th International Theater Festival took place on Wednesday, September 4, at the Molinense session.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Culture, Soledad Nortes Navarro, the Theater Festival Director, Juan Francisco García Saorín, the Managing Director of the Molina Hospital, Pedro Hernández Jiménez, the Managing Director of Assistant Conservera, Daniel Ballesta Sarrión, and the Director of Communication and Public Relations of Estrella de Levante, Yayo Delgado.
The agreement with Auxiliar Conservera is aimed at the economic collaboration in the 50th Molina de Segura International Theater Festival that is held by the City of Molina de Segura between September 12 and 29.
For its part, the City Council undertakes to disseminate the participation of the sponsor in all graphic and advertising media, material or digital, in which the Molina de Segura Theater Festival takes place, as well as the free delivery of 6 fertilizers , in exchange for financial aid to carry out the cultural activities that it intends to carry out.
The sponsor assumes the commitment to make economic contributions (partial or total) in the amount of 4,000 euros to the sponsor.
For its part, the agreement with the Hospital de Molina is aimed at economic collaboration at the 50th Molina de Segura International Theater Festival.
The City Council undertakes to disseminate the participation of the sponsor in all graphic and advertising media, material or digital, in which the Molina de Segura Theater Festival takes place as well as the free delivery of 16 fertilizers thereof, in exchange for the economic aid for the realization of the activities of a cultural nature that it intends to carry out.
The sponsor, with the signing of this agreement, assumes the commitment to make economic contributions (partial or total) for 1,500 euros to the sponsor.
Regarding the agreement with Estrella de Levante, the City of Molina de Segura and Estrella de Levante, SAU Beer Factory, agree to the sponsorship of the 50th Molina de Segura Theater Festival 2019, organized by the City of Molina de Segura, which undertakes that all beer stores located in events related to the Theater Festival be consumed solely and exclusively, Estrella de Levante brand beer.
In consideration of the sponsorship, the City of Molina de Segura undertakes to provide Estrella de Levante with all promotional / advertising material related to the 2019 Molina de Segura Theater Festival. Estrella de Levante will make a financial contribution of 6,000 euros and deliver to the City Council an amount to be determined for gift boxes to be delivered to guests and other sponsors.
The City Council will facilitate and allow the placement of advertising canvases in the most prominent stages of the Theater Festival, as well as the location of a Estrella de Levante truck for the sale and / or tasting of beer on the occasion of the Festival's shows.
Similarly, the session will provide the sponsor with 6 tickets / invitation for each of the theater shows in the Theater Festival.
