3 urban planning license files, 1 segregation license file, 1 subsidiary execution file and 3 disciplinary files for urban infraction have been approved.

Approval of the relationship of invoices, in the amount of 1,317,068.56 euros.
HIRING
Approval of the return of bail of pavement improvement works on national highway 301 (Section 1), incorporating special measures of social execution related to socio-labor insertion of people in long-term unemployment, to the company JT Obras Públicas y Servicios, SL, for an amount of 5,976.86 euros.
Approval of the extension of the cleaning contract in the CEIP Maestro Francisco Martínez Bernal, incorporating special conditions of execution of an environmental, social or innovation-related nature, with the company Onet Iberia Soluciones, SAU, from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Approved expenditure of 15,123.97 euros for the year 2019 and the commitment of consignment in the 2020 budget of the amount of 45,371.89 euros.
Approval of the taking of knowledge of acts of stoppage and restart of renovation works and improvement of the service of water supply for human consumption and sewerage, in different vials of the San Antonio District, Phase I, corresponding to works of the Canon of Supply and Sanitation , incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of unemployed people.

Approval of the award of services of diverse personnel (auxiliary technicians, room and door personnel, assemblies and loading and unloading) for the development of the activity of the Villa de Molina Theater, including special conditions of execution of a social nature, to the company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SLU, for 78,250.70 euros, for a period of one year, extendable for one more year.
