The Concilia Educa Verano 2019 service carries out a Solidarity activity on recycling in collaboration with Cáritas (20/08/2019)

The boys and girls who participate this August in the Concilia Educa Verano 2019 service, organized by the Department of Equality of the City of Molina de Segura, carried out last week a solidarity activity on recycling, in collaboration with volunteers from Cáritas.

During the activity, topics related to the "second life" of the objects were discussed and a solidarity truck was signed, with the contributions of clothes, toys, books and other objects donated by the participating boys and girls.

This truck left the CEIP Nuestra Señora de la Consolación, CEIP Nuestra Señora de Fátima, and CEIP Ntra. Sra. De los Remedios (in the hamlet of La Torrealta), the three educational centers where the Concilia Educa Verano service is carried out 2019.

This activity is framed in the educational program, carried out by the winning company of Concilia Educa Verano 2019 and supervised by staff of the Department of Equality, with the aim of providing the service with a novel character, making the knowledge received by the student body assimilated and have a positive impact on society.

The Councilor for Gender Equality and Violence, Montserrat Montanos Villegas, believes that this space for conciliation is an important place for education and has highlighted the importance of the entire program of activities that are carried out around food, sport, nature, traditions and social skills.

During the months of July and August this conciliation service has a total of 510 children between the ages of 3 and 12, and is provided from 07:30 to 15:00.

Concilia Educa Verano 2019, which includes the possibility of dining at the CEIP Nuestra Señora de Fátima, distributes to the children participating in classes by age.

It is a service attended by qualified technical personnel.

Boys and girls participate in an intense program of recreational and educational activities, scheduled weekly.

Thus, they deal with issues such as equality, sports, the environment and artistic skills.
